Shipping
Delivery Times: Order processing typically takes 24-48 business hours. Actual shipping times are 2-4 business days for Germany and Austria.
In the event of an out-of-stock item being re-stocked, delivery times may vary and will be communicated by our customer service department.
Shipping Method: We exclusively use the DPD courier service for standard shipments.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are determined based on the delivery zone, i.e., the destination country. An estimate of shipping costs will be provided both in the cart and during checkout when entering order details.
Shipping Zones: Shipping zones vary based on the delivery country. The complete list of shipping zones is available both in the cart and during checkout when entering order details.
Shipment Tracking: Shipment tracking is available. You will receive a direct email from the designated courier containing the tracking link and number to track your delivery.
Return and Replacement Policies: You may return one, some, or all products from an order within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. To request a return, follow the instructions in the next section of this page.

Returns
Step-by-Step Guide
You may return any, some or all of the products in an order by submitting a return request within 30 days of receiving the goods.
To submit a return request, you must log in with the account associated with the email with which you placed the order and enter that account.
Choose which of your orders contains the item, or items, that you wish to return and click on it.
Within the order page click on the Return Request.
Then select the item, or items, for which you wish to make a return by mandatorily indicating the reason and optionally adding any notes.
Then submit the Return Request.
At this point you will receive an email stating that the Return Request has been sent correctly and we will receive it to validate.
Remember that the reference for your Return Request is always the Order Number.
Once we receive the Return Request we will review it in brief and send you the approval notification.
Upon receiving notification of approval you must carefully pack the return.
Make sure it travels "like new" in its original packaging with its receipt, tags and any accessories. Protect the box of the item as we shipped it to you.
On the package, you must include the Recipient's address (Recipient's address), Sender's address (your address), and the Order Number highlighted above. This information, if reported correctly, allows us to significantly reduce the time it takes to process a refund.
You are responsible for the cost of the courier and the organization of the shipment; you will not be charged any additional fees.
As soon as the package is delivered to us, we will inspect the goods and, with a positive inspection result, we will immediately make a refund and you will receive a credit back with the payment method used for the order in the following days, depending on the interbank times.
